I'm trying to use DVD Decrypter and/or ImgBurn to do this. As the CDs are rated at 80 mins, I assumed there shouldn't be a problem. Sorry for the confusion - the files take about 10 mins to burn - it's the audio tracks that are 65 to 75 mins when played!! I usually use standard 700MB, 80 min CDRs but get the same message.
To save you from pulling your hair out, I recommend you try re downloading the Windows 7 ISO (from wherever you obtained it previously.) And also, if your CD size is 702MB, you're 2MB over the limit. ISO files are often used to distribute images of CD and DVD data discs. The problem is the setup.exe file due it has no icon or correct image icon to install it. Off the top of my head though; did you set your BIOS to boot from the DVD first? I have heard of ISO's between 5gb and 10gb in size, which will certainly be larger than standard DVD's, and even in some cases too large for the high-capacity DVD's. More about Leo.
